Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients together and lightly mix
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix to combine in between each addition.
Slowly and gradually mix in the flour mixture, watch the speed so you don't get flour everywhere!
Don't over mix.
Using a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon, mix in the unicorn chips to combine.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Using flour to lightly flour your surface; Roll out the dough and using your favorite cut outs, cut shapes out of the dough and put them onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to wire cooling racks. ENJOY!!
