Snicker doodle cookie cake
I love this recipe for these cookie cakes because it is more like a bar than just a cookie. It holds up great and bakes up really nice. It is super simple and can be made quick.

- 1 cup butter softened
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- cinnamon/sugar blend for the top I always have this in my cabinet for toast and other things
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl of the mixer with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well after each addition. Add the vanilla and mix.
In a bowl, add salt, baking soda, cream of tarter, cinnamon and flour and mix until just blended.
Spray a 10x15 inch pan or a round pan with cooking spray. Press dough evenly over pan. Leave a 1/4-1/2 inch border around the edge so that the cookie can grow as it bakes.
Sprinkle with cinamon/sugar and bake for 18 to 20 minutes
Cool and decorate however you wish. ENJOY!.
