Cherry Paloma

This is a great twist on this classic cocktail. This is a great way to drink tequila too, adds the perfect amount of sweetness and tartness. Yum! ENJOY!!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz tequila blanco
  • 2 oz tart cherry juice
  • lime wedges to rim the glass and for garnish
  • 1 can grapefruit hard sparkling water I use White Claw
  • sugar to rim the glass

Method
 

  1. Traditionally a Paloma is served in a rocks glass. So, I use that for these as well. Run a lime wedge around the edge of each glass and rim with sugar.
  2. Fill the glass half to three quarters full with ice. Divide the ingredients into the two glasses. Pour the tequila over the ice. Top with the cherry juice and then with the grapefruit hard sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge and ENJOY!
