Anti-inflammatory Shot
This shot is great as a homemade anti-inflammatory. It has a lot of the same ingredients as the immune boost, but the orange juice and cayenne give this one a little edge.
- 2 oranges juiced
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric peeled
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, turmeric, pepper, and cayenne in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain after or use a juicer and than you do not need to strain.
Divide among 4 shot glasses.
