Roasted Garlic Aioli

Here is the roasted garlic aioli that I use on the BLT Jam and so many other sandwiches. It is also amazing on burgers or even just as a dipping sauce for hot, crispy fries!

Roasted Garlic Aioli

This is an awesome spread for sandwiches or burgers. It also makes a great dipping sauce for fries, chicken fingers and so much more!

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic don not peel cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil evoo
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the very top part off of the head of garlic,(about a little less than a 1/3 of the way down). Wrap in foil and drizzle with olive oil. Cover tightly and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 35-40 min or until the garlic can be squeezed out like a paste.
  • Cool for 10 min; Squeeze the garlic paste into a bowl. Discard the skins and mash the garlic.
