This is my favorite way to eat cauliflower and it is definitely quickly become a family favorite! My 18 month old daughter eats this up and my hubby loves it too. I hope you and your family will love this as much as we do.

Chef Tip-You really want to make sure that you do not crowd your sheet pan so that you get those nice crispy bits on each piece of cauliflower. If you want to add a little freshness in here you can add the zest of 1 lemon and then juice 1/2 of that lemon on right before serving. You can also garnish with a little chiffanade of fresh basil.
