I am very excited to be back teaching hands-on cooking classes again. Recently I have partnered up with North American Pizza and Culinary Academy. Here I am the Culinary Director, which means that I will also be teaching Hands-on Cooking Classes as well as working with clients for corporate and private class events.
The school also currently offer amazing pizza and bread classes.

as well as kids hands-on cooking classes and camps to the schedule.Â

September 2nd- Late Summer Harvest Tomato Canning Class
Do you have way too many tomatoes from your garden and you don’t know what to do with all of them? Well, this is the class for you. In this class you will learn how to can tomatoes in 3 different ways and you will take home a jar of each! You will learn whole peeled tomatoes, (grandma’s style), you will learn crushed tomatoes with basil for sauce and you will learn a savory tomato jam. All three recipes will be made in class and you will also be sent home with the jars of each that you canned. You will also get all of the recipes to be able to go home and can all of the tomatoes from your summer harvest!

September 9th- Donuts Around the World Class
It is a truth universally acknowledged—fried dough is delicious. Square or round, filled or dipped, doughnuts entice taste buds across the globe. Join us and try your hand at making French beignets, Mexican churros and Italian bomboloni. Delicious in any language, any culture, any place.

September 15th-Date Night-Cooking with Italian Wines
There’s so much more you can do with an open bottle of vino than drink it! In this class, we explore Italy’s wine’s many culinary uses. Practice incorporating different varietals into everything from poultry dishes to vinaigrettes. And we haven’t forgotten dessert—think pears poached in Montepulciano wine served with a wine-infused Zabaglione.

-Radicchio and endive salad with toasted hazelnuts and a prosecco vinaigrette- Featuring Italian Prosecco

September 18th- Kid’s Kitchen Take Over-Gnocchi Class
-Ricotta gnudi
-Traditional Pesto sauce
-Brown butter and sage sauce
-Pumpkin agnolotti with garlic, brown butter, sage sauce
-Four Cheese ravioli with swiss chard all’Amatriciana(tomato sauce with pancetta and crushed red pepper flake)
-Sweet, lightly fried ravioli with ricotta and chocolate chips

October 16th- Kid’s Kitchen Take Over-Halloween Treats
In this special hands-on class, kids will enjoy working alongside classmates and learning to create yummy Halloween cookies and treats. Chef Steph will walk your child through the steps of making cookie dough, rolling it out, cutting spooky shapes and decorating it with delicious icing. Also, we will also make some delicious Halloween candy bark! Treat your young chef to a fun and unforgettable cooking experience this spooky season!
