Summer time is the best time for cold treats!! Who doesn’t love a Popsicle? My daughters looooove them some popsicles! They call them popals!! There are some amazing store bought varieties BUT, I love controlling how much sugar they have. So, making them allows me to do that and to know what is going into them.
These are the simplest and tastiest popsicles and you can change them up super easily. You can just swap out the fruit that you use. In these I used peaches, but we have also done this recipe with berries and pineapple! The sky is the limit with whatever fruit you have available.
In these I used frozen fruit as it makes it simple to ensure that it is picked at it’s peak of the season. Yet, since it is Summer, use fresh!! We used fresh raspberries the other day and they came out AMAZING!!!
